These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions of use on the Bike Religion™ website. When visiting the Bike Religion website you accept, and agree to, the content of the Terms and Conditions. Bike Religion™ reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check regularly before placing an order.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & SUITABILITY
- Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. Bike Religion™ shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the replacement or repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item.
- We encourage you to ensure a competent and suitably qualified person in accordance with manufacturer specifications fits all spare parts. Bike Religion™ cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part. This can void a manufacturers warranty.
- Please ensure that you have read the manufacturers warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. Bike Religion™ cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.
RETURNS POLICY
- Bike Religion™ offers a very helpful and no hassle return policy. We want you to be 100% satisfied!
- We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on bikereligion.com
- Returned goods MUST be unused AND supplied with all the original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on custom made parts or clothing that has been customized, example; with name printing
- All returns must have a Bike Religion Return reference number.
- When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. If you have paid with card, we will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
